A ribbon-cutting ceremony and celebration was held today for SkyLINE, a new mixed-use affordable housing development built next to the Rancho Bernardo Transit Center. The seven story, 100-unit project sits on a former Metropolitan Transit System parking lot and provides affordable homes for individuals and families.
