In calendar year 2025, the County celebrated the completion of nine new affordable housing developments, adding a total of 867 apartment homes to the region.

Every person has unique challenges and circumstances, so there isn’t one easy pathway that works for all. Last year, an outreach team from the County’s Office of Homeless Solutions and Caltrans began building a relationship with that veteran to earn his trust and convince him to accept help.
