From Homeless to Housed – Veteran Enjoys His New Address

The journey from homelessness to becoming housed can be a complex and sometimes lengthy process. Every person has unique challenges and circumstances, so there isn’t one easy pathway that works for all. Last year, an outreach team from the County’s Office of Homeless Solutions and Caltrans began building a relationship with that veteran to earn his trust and convince him to accept help.
